Sweets…

Crisps…

Chocolate…

Processed Foods…

Skipping Exercise…

This are all things we do that stop us getting the results we want so where is the motivation?

You can’t be motivated to get the results you want if each an every week you do things that sabotage what it is you really want?

If you were motivated that wouldn’t happen…

Yes the odd mistake but to do it weekly (usually a Wednesday when most slip up) you can’t be truly motivated. It is just an idea.

An idea that you want but are not prepared to work for.

Whatever you do who cares if you make mistakes. We all do… Thats not an issue

But if you don’t learn from your mistakes then that then becomes an issue and you then have to question your motivation.
