That Friday workout feeling where the weekend is near and we want to burn a few extra calories!!

So what better way than to get a weight loss workout from one of our personal trainers to help you to get a few extra lbs off before the weekend.

Equipment: None
Instructions: Complete each exercise for 45 seconds taking 15 seconds rest before moving on to the next exercise. Once you have completed all 7 exercises take 1 minutes rest before completing 3 more rounds (you are to do 4 in total).
Warning: Remember, if you feel sick, dizzy or your form and technique is dropping take a breather and if you are ready to carry on do so or if you feel like you are going to pass out or vomit stop 🙂

Tip: Write down how many repetitions you do on each segment and then when you repeat the workout try and beat your individual and then total scores for all 4 rounds.
