One of the hardest parts of my own personal weight management is chocolate …. i would happily swap any meal for a bar of chocolate and like everyone enjoy a binge.

Apart from the famous advice people give ‘well just don’t buy it?’…. (****)…. i had to look for a substitute and low and behold by the power of Google i discovered an amazing alternative.

Homemade NUTELLA!!! (well close) Can you believe it… it is close to Galaxy and healthier too!!

So here goes… the best Nutella homemade recipe for you.

1/2 cup crushed hazelnuts (stick them in a bag and just bash them up!)

1 scoop chocolate whey protein (i personally use PNI Supplements)

1/2 cup hazelnut milk

1 teaspoon of hazelnut butter

1 teaspoon of coconut oil

And all you do is just blend it all together… stick it in the fridge for 20 minutes and voila!!!!
