Although your semi private personal training sessions will have a maximum of 5 people in we still set your personalised workout programs with the use of our online APP.
Your sessions will be uploaded to the APP and you will log your workouts during each session (including additional workouts to your PT sessions) and your coach is then able to make the adjustments necessary.
This is the exact same methods we use for our 1-2-1 poersonal training but the only difference being you pay slightly less for sharing the session.
WEEKLY MONITORING PROGRAM
As with 1-2-1 personal training your semi private personal training programs also including a weekly monitoring and assessment.
This ensures you stay on track and any small adjustments needed to your workouts or nutritional plans can be made instantly to keep you on track.
This in itself is a huge accountability program as monitoring your progression is key to your success
PERSONALISED NUTRITIONAL PLANS
All of your nutritional plans are monitored through the APP meaning it is simple for you to upload and update your food diary and giving your coach easy access to your progress.
This is such a simple formula and with all your data stored in one place it is easy for you to manage and view and also easy for your coach to do the same.
You are able to track and monitor your nutrition and make the changes necessary (via your coach) to get you the results you deserve.
A PERSONAL TRAINER COACHING YOU
All of our semi private personal training programs are either held at our studio at The Matchworks or Smithdown Rd.
So at every session you do within our studios you will have a personal trainer their coaching you through the session.
Have access to your trainer at the session and also via their personal mobile and email means you are never far away from the support and guidance you need to stay on track and get the results
MORE COST AFFECTIVE
Sharing your sessions with up to 5 other like minded people allows the cost of your session to be reduced.
You recieve all the elements of our 1-2-1 personal training services with the only difference there will be up to 5 other people in your sessions.
Your workouts are personal to you.
Your nutritional programs are personal to you.
And you are monitored and track throughout your programs too.
